help guys - white thing in tank

Hey guys, i've just woke up this morning to find this in his viv, no idea what it is?
please help me out? I'm new to geckos.
looks like a cocoon sorta, and its to big to be his poop?!
help :/

Okay so my friend just told me it is his poop
it's huge and freaked me out lol.
Last few days its been tiny.

-I've taken it out now, was kinda spongy?..

Looks like either A) a large urate, or B) poop coming from eaten skin after a shed.

I definitely dont think that came out of his bum, I agree with it being regurged shed, it seems like the only viable option
