Help! My leopard gecko has a swollen red bump at his mouth :(

My leopard gecko of 1 year + has a red bump at one side of his mouth and it appears swollen. I'm not sure what it is and wondering if anyone would know why this is happening? I'm only using tissue paper as my substrate and I usually feed him mealworms with calcium and vitamins. Is this mouthrot? Or some infection? Your help will be very much appreciated. I will definitely bring him to a vet afterwards.

Your gecko probably has an infection and needs to see the vet to get an appropriate antibiotic or, if necessary, to clean out the infection.

Oh alright will definitely bring him to the vet thanks~
Here is his eye getting worse though. It is not because of retained shed right? Because I read somewhere that it might be due to abscess or something.
But I'm not sure about that.

It's the abscess, not retained shed. Vet visit soon is a great idea.
