Help with lump on leopard geckos head near eye

View attachment 44602 The picture isnt all that clear, but my gecko has just developed this black blob next to his eye, looks a bit like a blister but dont think it is. Please could you shed some light as to what it may be and how i could possibly make it better.

Have made the pic bigger but its not clear as was taken on phone !

Take it to a reptile vet. It might have developed an abcess that needs to be drained by a vet. You can't do that. Such things on the head can be dangerous if they involve the eye or brain, so I wouldn't wait long. We can't help you here, either.

You definitely need a qualified reptile vet.

Could your gecko have burned it on something? Ive seen burns on reptiles blister like that - a vet can help you.
