My gecko hasnt eaten for like 4 or 5 days
her temperature is great and i have had her for about a month now i usually feed mealworms but now she shows no interest in them she used to eat 15 a night i think it might be because of visual stimulation but i am not sure
IT IS NOT IMPACTION BECAUSE I KEEP HER ON PAPER TOWEL

impaction has nothing to do with paper towel, paper towel just reduces the risk vs sand, she could get impaction from crickets,.
Has she shown signs of going into a shed or has she shed in the last couple days?
also how old is she I know my adults dont eat every day like my babies do . Is she active still?

Please don't take this personally, but I think you're overreacting. Not eating for 4 to 5 days is not that bad. I had a gecko that didn't eat for 2 months. Now that's something to be worried about. Wait a few more days and if nothing happens, pick up a few crickets and throw them in the cage. I bet she'll down them. Introducing a little variety goes a long way.

If they're hungry enough they'll figure it out. To get my geckos to switch from crickets to mealworms I basically starve them for a week (ie. no crickets but mealworms are in cage) and they find the mealworms after a while.

My male leopard gecko only eats about 10 mealworms every 4 days or so, despite the fact that there's food in his cage every day. His weight is stable though, so it's fine for him. Geckos can go a surprisingly long time without food with no ill effects.

Try luring the geckos to the food dish. Take a meal worm, place it in front of them, then drag it towards the bowl. Keep their attention while doing this. Then make sure they see you drop it in the bowl. They need to get use to eating in the bowl. It works well for my geckos.

i can see how that works but my gecko will never go very far to chase a mealworm down she waits until it is right in front of her face

My leo is plump and healthy, and will only eat every 2-3 days no matter how many tempting morsels are available to him. ;)

I do try to make him work a bit for his food once in a while though, chase it down - keeps him sharp. :D

That can all be attributed to personality, each and every gecko is different. We have a female, Peaches, who still panics a little when being held. Whereas, we've purchased other geckos that have been "chill" since day one.
