How do you do it and where do you get it, the vet said she didn't think it was parasites and wouldn't worm him. I disagree can I get the meds and do it myself. He refuses to eat I have to make him then he vomits it all over me he's getting skinnier by the day, I'm still soaking him everyday. He did pull his shed off himself today and is still pooping I don't know how he hasn't eaten in going on 2 weeks.

Its a blurry picture, but his hemipenes looks incredibly infected.
You need to find a GOOD reptile vet asap. The one who told you this was normal does not have enough experience with reptiles.

sorry to see leonard isn't doing well. i looked at the photos and it looks like the hemipenes are prolapsed or infected. hard to tell from the photos. i'm wondering if he's received proper nutritional supplements e.g. vitamin/calcium dusting on *all* feeder insects. uv isn't an issue since leopard geckos are nocturnal animals, they don't depend on that in the wild. i do suspect calcium/vitamin deficiency, though. i'd recommend getting an apetite stimulant to see if you can get him eating properly. and, of course, if there's any kind of light on the cage, that needs to go away.
hope this helps!

There's no light and he's not eating at all not even the critical care slurry stuff. His temps are good I've made sure of that he's on slate tile theres a picture of his cage in leo sick album.
