Bad idea man, unless your trying to breed. which you should not yet.
Also you need a humid hide, and more hides. if you have 2 leos in 1 enclosure your going to need another 2/3 hides (1 of each)

What are your temps in your tank also like jxl22 said don't put the boy in with your girl. Also how do you have your hides set up and how many?

Google "leopard gecko humid hide". Floor temp on hot side should be 90-F. Floor temp is wayy more important than ambient air temp. Boys/Girls should be kept separately, different sized geckos should be kept separately, new purchase geckos should always be kept separately for atleast 6 months to ensure 1 sick-purchase (which takes months to observe) doesn't get the others sick.

Also, google "leopard gecko slurry" or find the 'sticky' in the 'Health & Medications' section.

Tristen, Leos require a range of surface, not ambient, temperature between 86-92 F on one end. 70s on the other. They absorb heat through their belly and will move around from one end of the tank as needed to regulate their body temp. I'm not sure how you're measuring your temps. Make sure to measure the temps on the surface directly above the heat mat with a reliable thermometer. 80 F is probably too for your leos to digest and metabolize food effectively.

Your leo has perhaps has not eaten due to low temps. In addition, they need to get used to their new environment before they relax enough to eat. Avoid handling it for about 3 days, and don't put food that can crawl over it and scare it (roaches, superworms, crickets). If you're offering crickets get a cheap feeding dish with a ring so they can't crawi out, place one or two after breaking or pulling off the hind legs.

The stomach looks normal to me.

If you don't know how to make a humid hide it's super easy all you need is a CLEAN Tupperware and cut a small hole onto the side so they can walk in. On the inside for now just put in 3 to 4 paper towels that are wet. The moist hide is kind of important to help them when they are shedding.

The belly looks fine. The stuff you're seeing is blood veins and organs like the gall bladder probably. The advice you've been given is good, so please follow it.

The one other thing I can say is that if your new gecko is 2 weeks old, I don't know how anyone would know it's male. I've been looking at my hatchlings, who are all 3-6 MONTHS old with 60x magnification to try to figure out whether they are male or female and it's been really hard. When I got my very first gecko from a big pet store 10 years ago, the guy who sold it to me (who said he was also a breeder) told me it was a male and it turned out to be a female. I don't think you'll know for sure for at least a few months, but I also highly recommend separating them for quarantine reasons as soon as possible.

Can you post a pic of your tank? I don't know about in your area but +++++ is doing a sale on tanks $1 per gallon so you should be able to get a 10 gallon for $10 but the most expensive thing would be a heat pad for $20ish.

just made room for a humid hide
Great. I'm not 100% sure since I'm still new but I think the humid hide is important because it helps with shedding. My leo doesn't use the humid hide that much but I do see him in it at least once a day. He mostly stays in the dry hide on the hot side.
