Hi, new bearded dragon! Food question

Hey guys, we've got our new bearded dragon (Bowser), he is 4 years old and we've taken him from a friend who didn't have enough time for him. He is very friendly, love sitting on our shoulders and likes to roam around our room. We haven't weighed him as of yet, but will do soon. He is eating well, as well.

Just needed one question answered really. We are currently feeding him Morio worms (I don't know if they are called anything different in the US or Canada) and we just fed him around 15. His last owner had feeding him 15-20 worms every 3 days, fresh veg every 2 days and 10 locust once a week. I just wanted to know how much people feed their dragons, and what veg theirs particularly like.

When I had an adult dragon my feeding schedule was as follows:

Crickets 2-3 times a week
Occasional superworms as a treat
greens every day
