Ho! Ho! Ho! I got my Christmas baby!!!

My first ever baby hatched this morning on Christmas day (its 8:35am now in HK)!! His name is MOJO!

Look at his little belly~~~ <3

MoJo hatched in 34 days at 89F, I was so excited that I forgot to weigh him. His mom is a snow (MS x LBS) and his dad is a high yellow. I am very grateful that he comes out healthy! I'm also glad that I put in those plant tags next the eggs to prevent rolling; if you look at the first photo, you can see MoJo turned the other egg slightly. The left side plant tag stopped the egg from rolling further.

Now I need to wait for his clutchmate to come out. Merry Christmas everyone!

Thanks! He is sooooo tiny, I think he is around 7cm long!!! All the stuff I prepared for him is too large, I need to do quick modifications so he can get into his humid hide and won't stuck between the tiny crevices between the stones! lol

Thanks everyone!! We went to a Christmas lunch buffet with my family, came home and the second hatchling is born! He is definately more fiesty than MoJo, took me a long time to get him out of the box, lol. He leapt away whenever I put my hand near him, then lied down and fell asleep, got me worried! I guess he was just very tired from getting out of the egg. He is in his new home now. His name is C.MerMer (潮咩咩).

I couldn't pick him up with my hand at all, at the end I moved him along with that yellow net...haha.

p.s. Can Moderator please change my title from "baby" to "babies" since the clutchmate has also hatched. Thanks.

Thank you everyone! Is it normal for them to be VERY shy and sleepy in the first few days? C.MerMer never set foot outside of his humid hide, he is sleeping in there all the time. MoJo I've seen him out on the first day, then he had been sleeping in his humid hide ever since.
