Holes in hova bator

If I close up the holes in the top of my bator will I be able to keep the temp more constant or does the holes need to be there for any reason?

I don't think they need to be there. I use one of them for my temp probes.

I taped up all the holes in mine except the ones I used for temop probes. and it holds temps very well. it did decent before i covered them but I do knotice a considerable difference now that they are taped.

I cover every single one up and use the little slit on the lips of the hovabator for my probes. Either way i'm sure it will be good.
