I haev no idea, a dyne is a measurement in a way

for supplments I try to rotate

For mealies on the bottom of the dish, vionate or 10 grain or progeckos gtuload then a few carrot slcies

then on top calcium without D3 PLUS either reptivite (has D3), mineral O (no DE but has trace elements other vitamins dont), mineral I (has D3 and trace minerals, hertivite etc.

Just rotate your supplements to get teh best for you leo, some have high D3 than others and some have high phos than other so you need to get a good blalance during the week.

Feedin a pink, supers and crix help vary the diet and supplements too, some of the supplements just do not stick to some feeders as they do others.

So haev a nice bowl of med to large meailes set up all night and you may want to try a bowl of supers set up nice too, the pinks and crick get the supplements wiped off pretty fast.

My house is a bit cool (heaters are barely keeping it up to 68) so this winter, I have added a red bulb as an extra heat source to warm up my tank air temps just a bit. Still, my air temps are barely reaching 78.

All that to note that there is a time and place for using bulbs to heat the air ;)

Just to make this more clear, your nomal hot temp shout be as we all know from about 90 - 93 adn the cool side should be room temp. Those room temops change from summer to winter to give the leos a natural brumation perion

Winter here hot side of about 92 cool 62-65
Summer here hot side of about 92 - 93 cool gord up to about 76-80

There is no reason at all to have an overhead bulb in the witner to their cool temps to 78, their normal winter low wend is much clower to low 70 to mid 60 and bulb providing the heat is not providint belly het but above tank heat which is just totall not needed and can confuse the leos about when it is OK to come out to eat etc,

If you feel you need to heat up the cool side do it with belly heat, Ive had large tanks that Ivd had to run belly heat on half to get my 93 and run heat tape on the cool end to get it up to 63 since they were in my basement adn it was never above 50 down there.

Bo don't use overhead light for heat (lblue ow watt vewing is fine), they get nothing from overtank except a place they try to avoid as they manage around their housing.
