How Do you guys feel about Paper MUH-Shay (lol)

I was thinking of making stuff with Newspaper, flour and water and then painting it using non-toxic water acrylcs.

Is this safe, because I don't know what would be toxic or not.

Oh good question I didn't think about the santizing part... you really couldn't get it wet but I was thinking of making like climbing walls

all out of paper mache and to make it look like rock but I see that since you can't sterlize it, then it is out

use expandable foam it workds great and its much easier and not messy. i mad a 90degree corner with a flat bottom and put a cocohut in there and sprayed it with the expanding foam. once it dried i chipped away the outter layer of foam with my fingernail or something liek that so it looks like a rocky surface then paint it with some rock colored spray paint and let it dry away from the gecko for a week or 2 to try to make sure all the fumes are off. then you have a dry hide that fits in a corner that looks really good for really cheap.

Do you have a picture of it? Is there a certain kind of spray paint to use?

hmm i dont but i could prolly take one, i dont have it in my tank anymore cause i built a rack i think its at my moms house, if i get it ill post a pic. uhm i used some of that textured spray paint like sand color but i think the natural habital of the gecko is red rocks. anyway i dont think the kind is as important as you make sure you give it plenty of time to fumigate dont want to get the little guys sick
