How does this look?

Here's my setup.. I still don't have my leo, I will be getting him sometime this week or early next week, I think I have all the research I need..

It's a 15 gallon tank..

Substrate is repti-carpet.

My warm side is on the left, there is a hide and the thermostat is there to run the UTH.. (The cable is covered by the rocks along the pot, the piece to check the temp. is uncovered, on the carpet..)

Cool side, obviously on the right.. Had the rock hide and the plant (not sure how long I'll leave that there, see if my little guy likes it).. The food is also on the cool side, with the water dish right next to it.. I will have something with calcium when I get him, I just haven't done that (only thing, I think..) I saw a question a while back about just leaving the calcium in the feeding dish. Does anyone have any thoughts on it??

The humid hide is the rock thing right in the middle.. I will have paper towel in it, or that plant sort of stuff (blanking on the name right now..)..

I only have the one thermometer right now, so, I'm regulating the hot side right now, then the thermostat will be set and I will just check on it every now and then to make sure. Or I will spend the $10 and get another thermometer for the hot side.. I just don't want a ton of cables in the thing.. The thermometer will actually be set up under the rock thing on the right side with the probe sticking out in the middle of the floor on the cool side..

Like I mentioned, not sure how long I'll leave the plant, and not sure how long I'll leave the wood thing in the left corner. It just came with the set up so I left it for now..

Any feedback would be great!!

I love the little pebbles! What a great idea! I also have the same kind of moist hide and my leos love it! I think it works perfectly, so I am going to buy a few more for my other tanks. Also, if your worried about the cost of thermometers, ReptileSupply.com has them on sale for 5$ a piece right now! I bought 6 of them so I could monitor my cool and warm sides, just to know what the temps are at all times. I dont think it is required to monitor the cool side, but I do it just for peace of mind. Also are those the stackable rocks on the right side of the tank? If so, tell me how you like them cause I was thinking about buying some. I think it looks great! You did an awesome job with research it looks like =]

yea, it's some sort of stackable rock thing, but, it's all glued together.. it also came with the setup.. it looks cool, not sure if the leo will like it, i'll find out in a few days! :)

i wasn't sure the need to monitor my cool side either, but, i will because of my location and the temperature change.. the thermostat is just about set, maybe one more change to it but, should be good..

i'm not worried about the price, i just thought the thermostat had the temperature setting on it, but, it doesn't.. so, i'm just using the one to set the temp. then i'll move it back..

anyway, thanks guys!
