Typically it's 2.5-4 weeks, and 3 weeks is the "norm." So within the week if everything went well. By now you should be able to see eggs in her belly. As Nicholas said, a photo would help.
I have 1 female that made me wait 5 1/2 weeks to lay her 1st clutch. She is about to lay her 5th clutch for me and has made me wait 4 weeks for them so far.
Well, for the same reason human babies take 9 months...the egg and embryo need time to properly develop, or else you risk a premature/ infertile egg. I know the wait is hard...but just wait until you're actually incubating them. Then the waiting REALLY begins.
She looks a lot like my female looks right now and mine is 3 and a half weeks in. I spoke to my vet yesterday and he said that they can go up to 2 months. Unless she's showing signs of dystocia (egg binding) I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure she has a proper laying box. I put 2 in my tank. Hope they turn out fertile for ya!
Usually these things are not that subtle when they're egg bound. You would really notice. Pick her up and hold her in your hand- she should try to squirm and move at least a LITTLE. If she goes without eating for more than 8 days, won't come out of her hide, doesn't squirm or move when you hold her. If she's acting SICK, then be concerned. If you bred her 2 weeks ago, she isn't egg bound yet. The wait is difficult, but it will all be worth it in the end!
She won't be receptive to him since she's already gravid. Once she lays her eggs you can after about a week or 2. But most of the time they retain the sperm from the male and use it for the entire season.
