How many meal worms should I feed?

My mom wants to know this. Because we have started to just give my leo's meal worms, no crickets.

So how many meal worms should they have each day? Should I just keep there dish rounded? My mom is tryin' to calculate how many meal worms to buy. Cause we found this awsome site that sells meal worms by the 1000 for only like $5.00. Awsome deal.

no, they wont die if you just leave them in there for a day. after a day take them out and put them back in the gutload, then put fresh ones in.

Keep the meal worms gut loaded by adding a piece of carrot to the meal worm dish.

Fill it and still freshen them up every day or two. You can gut load them with people food too. Grain, carrots, orange skin, potato Take care. HJ

or there is gutload you can get at petstores too. Sometimes you can find it in powdered form, sometimes in gel form.

I keep my mealworms on oats and place a fruit inside like a potato or orange. That keeps them gutloaded and its highly inexpensive.

I get my mealies from Bassetts. You can get 500cnt mealies for 2.85$ not bad at all

I feed my leopards between 12 and 18 mealworms apiece. What doesn't get eaten gets mixed with my boxturtles food.
