How much do afgans cost?

I work with afghans. My breeders are F1, so the babys are F2 and those are quite expensive.

Males are in big demand right now. My personal opinion is that the E.m. Afghanicus isn't temperature sexed determined. I've hatched way more females than males, about 30 pure Afghan females and only 5 pure Afghan males!(In only two seasons) And trust me its not my incubation temperatures (I incubate only two temps 90 degrees and 82 degrees) One male was in the 90 degree incubator and four males in the 82 degree incubator! I haven't looked at the crosses yet, to see if that changed anything. But to answer the question on how much a pair of afghans go for I charged $225 last year but now with the male thing.......?

yeah but thats not a male. if males are scarce yeah a female may be $125 but a male could go for $300 even more? who knows.
