How to feed superworms

This may be an odd question,but how do you feed superworms to your leopard geckos.I have only used they once and I put them in the mealworm dishes but they got out really quick.So I was wondering do you have bigger dishes or just let the superworms go free range?

I think its a hassle to have separate dishes for mealies and supers lol. I set them in the dish I use for mealies, let them wriggle around in the vitamins, then if they escape, they usually just catch my leos' attention better that way anyway.

Most of the time I just hand-feed the supers though. It's fun to watch!

+1 minus the hand feeding, rather see them hunt.
