Well, we usually get it from our vet, but it can be found at alot of livestock feed stores. I'm not sure what the dosage would be, though.

To treat parasites..(I have WC fattails)

Most veterinarians will not give out panacur without correctly diagnosing the species of parasite. Panacur will not kill EVERY parasite reptiles can have. I DO bring my reptiles to the vet and pay for an exam. It's like asking your doctor for cold medicine without examining you. He has to make sure you don't have pneumonia first. If you do, and he misses it the cough meds could make you worse and then in the long run, the MD can end up losing his licence...get it?

Anyways, if you DO end up getting panacur OTC, (which is not recommended, which is why you weren't given a prescription) you need to make sure you're giving the right dosage. Most of those suspensions are made for cattle and horses, not an 80 gram leopard gecko.

bring in a fecal to have it tested for parasites. Dont bring it to a big pet shop hospital. But usually local town ones do it pretty cheap. Around here a fecal done at a banfeild costs 50 bucks. at the town animal hospital it costs 18-25!

You can also get pancur off of the internet i've been told

I would get a fecal sample tested first. But if you know for sure, usually feed stores will stock it but as Jordan said above it's sold for horses and cattle. You can also buy it from The Bean Farm on line. ;)
