Humidity promblem please help..

can someone please help me please keopard gecko humidity should be about 40 to 45% right.. well mine goes up to65% when i have the light of and then when i have it on for 4 hours it olny goes to around 55%..:main_huh: :main_huh: and i dont have like my paper towel wet or anything. i was wondering how would i get the humity down to aby 45% please help i have a SHTCT..

If you are keeping the water dish on the warm side, this often increases humidity. Another common cause for higher humidity is a water dish that is too large, maybe try finding a smaller one or filling the one you have with a little less water.

Alot of members on the forum have trouble keeping their humidity below 50% because of their location. Just keep an eye on your geckos, as long as they aren't showing signs of a respiritory infection then I really wouldn't worry too much about it.
