I recall reading a thread about bad mealworms. The female might have been ovulating, but if neither of them will touch the mealworms, I'd be inclined to think that is the problem. Have you tried crickets? What about mealworms from a different supplier? Try soaking the gecko that isn't eating in warm water. Are they going to the bathroom? What are their temps?

-I hope you get this figured out. I have a bearded dragon that hasn't eaten in 2 months

At first I took "hunger strike" to mean "eats too much." Ha ha...get it? Anyway, have you tried anything other than supers or mealies? Perhaps the gecko just needs some variety, like crickets. If I fed mine only supers and mealies, he'd eat about the same about; they just don't interest him that much. He likes to chase things. Also, what kind of substrate do you have him on, and what are the temps? Based on your collection I imagine that your setup is ideal, but maybe it'll help.

If the female is ovulating and they are housed within smelling distance of each other the pheromones could be causing a problem. I don't know if you use thermostats but a change in temperature can throw off their eating patterns. Unless they start dropping to an unhealthy weight there may not be a problem at all. We have plenty of huge geckos that barely eat but don't lose weight.
