I may be impatient.

Well, I have had two fertile eggs in the incubator since March 29th. I'm incubating them at 88 degree's Fahrenheit. Today is day 41. My question is; do you think they should have hatched by now? Maybe I'm too darn impatient! Lol.

Thank you guys! :) Now, here is my next question; how will I know when they are about to hatch, are they going to sweat or swell up? Thank you :)

THey may sweat and swell, they may do nothing. Just keep checking. When I'm in my last few days before the hatch is due, I probably check every 20 minutes.

Yup pretty much the same here...I have a hovabator so there are two small windows I use an LCD light and just check for a moving object...don't even attempt to look for sweating...sit on your hands if you have too!! :main_laugh::main_laugh:

Your in the home stretch!!!! Post pics when they hatch!!!

Congrats! LOL Aliza and Melissa, I do the same thing, I check my incubators multiple times daily and nightly when I know eggs are due to hatch!

Sorry for your loss of eggs. And yup, the other egg hatched around noon.
