I hate to say it, but you're really going to have to get the gecko to a vet. This doesn't necessarily happen with all geckos from pet stores, but may of them have parasites. Big chain pet stores (I'm assuming that's where you got it from) tend to receive their gekcos when they're pretty young and they are frequently somewhat overcrowded and stressed. This can cause the normal parasite load (which I have been led to understand they all have) to get out of control. My very first gecko that I got nearly 10 years ago also stopped eating after a month or so and my vet felt she had a parasite, treated her with whatever she needed and eventually she was OK.

What kind of thermometers are you using? The kind that stick on the side of the tank? one with a probe? temp gun? Because if you have an unregulated UTH AND a bulb, I'm willing to bet it's WAY too hot for him in there. You need to remedy this, and also get a fecal to the vet to have it checked for parasites.

agreed. theres no need for the bulb, the poor things most likely cooking. so start by removing that. i vet visit is in order with a sample as stated. parasite checks arnt expensive and most places do it there and then.
