In the past few weeks it seems like there has been a LOT of those Mediterranean (?) geckos all over the place. There's one that routinely jumps out of the mailbox at me every time I open it. I know there are at least two living in the garage. Anyway, I've been trying to get my geckos sold off and OUT of the house, but I don't remember putting up any "vacancy" signs. I found this one on the wall behind a picture in the kitchen. Given the amount of spiders I've been finding in the house the last few weeks, I decided he can stay. lol

Aw, we just saw our first Mediterranean from last year on the front porch. We have a small colony of them out there. You'll be thankful for them when we're in the thick of mosquito season! At least you don't have to feed them or clean up after them.

:main_laugh: They must've thought you were bored and can't sleep since you no longer have zillions of geckos to care for. LOL. Like Nancy said, at least these ones take care of themselves. ;)

LOL, Paul! I'd love to have a few of those guys around my house to eat up all the rougue crickets!

I'd rather clean up the occasional stray gecko poop than find crickets (or any other insect or arachnid) in my damn silverware drawer.

Well, judging by that photo, he's been eating well! We got a house Tokay for our last apartment that went from 6 to 14 inches in the course of 6 months. He was noisy but we didn't have bugs or mice any more! Before him we would get infestations of those giant flying tree roaches every year....ughh...

OMG! I think I would have a heart attack if I even just saw one of those!
