Thats not very nice. I think they should have been a lot more professional then that. I would give them a call and not only complain but then check and see what the problem was with your tests and maybe look into going to a different doc if you could. I can't deal with inconsiderate people like that. Especially when it's something as important as medical tests.

They thought my wife had Thyroid cancer and removed half of it. It turns out it was fine but now she has been battling Thyroid issues for 3yrs and she is only 24.

You dealing with this very well. I would be furious about getting a post card. I'm sure they can afford to pay a person to give you a phone call. They do make billions.
