Incubation substrates

Well I have found different types of medium that is used most times.
1.)Perlite(I can't find any besides Miracle-Gro which molds....)
2.)Vermiculite(from LLLreptiles.com)
3.)Superhatch(from LLLreptiles.com)
4.)Hatchrite(Hey I see a pattern from LLLreptiles.com)
Has anyone use all these incubation substrates and which one did work the best?If not, can you tell me your experience with these substrates?
If so can you tell me where you have got non-miracle-gro perlite?

Well, here in Florida we have TONS of little gardening stores all over the place. I usually just pop into one that's down the street from me and they sell both vermiculite and perlite without any kind of fertilizer in it. I use a mixture of both, and so far it's working well for me!
