i find it quite hard to handle my leopard gecko, she isnt skittish but when ever i touch her she flinches, when shes in my hand she runs through them, i dont think she wants to be in them. can anyone help me with taming tips or anything useful

Try to hold her a little bit a day. If she is new, hold her about 5 minutes a day and increase the time every day. Also you can try to hand feed her so she thinks of your hand as her source of food.

also try and touch her stuff so she gets used to your smell.

AND YOU CAN ALSO TRY PLACEING YOUR HAND FLAT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK AND THE MORE SHE GETS USED TO IT, SHE'LL SLOWLY COME TO INVESTIGATE. AND EVEN EVENTUALLY WALK UP ON YOUR HAND
