Hey folks! Long time no chat with some of you. I've been out of the "game" for a few years now (almost 8 to be exact). During this time I've been focused on going back to college etc. I am now a Wildlife Science major with plans for Graduate school next year. My discipline of choice is genetics specifically with relation to reviving endangered species. I'd like to do some extra research on leopard and ocelot geckos and was wondering where the best place to get breeding stock is these days. I see Marcia is still going strong over at Golden Gate but haven't seen anything on the available page in awhile. Back in the day if you wanted high quality you'd see either Marcia, Kelli or Garrick...

So help me get back into the swing here.. why aren't any of these guys updating availability?

Alot of small as well as big time breeders really dont update their websites TOO often because of time and such. But, if you send any of them a PM or an email, they will be able to tell you what they have and all the details :) Also, check out the master list of gecko breeders posted as a sticky at the top of the "general discussion" forum. There is a whole list of breeders and their usernames on here, including the staff, sponsors, and members of this forum :) If you scroll down, someone posted an identical list, showing locations of most of the breeders. :)

Well neither at the moment as I'm still finishing up school, but that is where I hope to end up. I'm not opposed to cloning but I don't see it as a long term method for conservation or rehabilitation at least at this point. I suppose I will have to see though.
