males and female kept together all year around do well as long as they get along. however, if you keep them separate for most of the season and only introduce them for a few days or weeks or whatever that is when you get stress. i know people who keep their leos like aliza with no problems at all. i have had pairs that actually seem to like being in with their mate all year long and will stress when one or the other is removed (for whatever reason) they stop or slow eating, stop ovulating, just in general seems like a gecko that is missing his mate. as weird as it seems it does happen.

Ok. So I will let the female ovulate by herself and just keep checking for the pink spots. Thanks for the input. If she doesn't ovulate in a couple of weeks I will try the paper towel trick.

1 more question.

Do they ovulate when they are full grown? Like automatically?
