Is sand a bad flooring?

I use sand and i read that it is bad.. is it bad to use?

yes, only use solid substrates
your leo could eat the sande and wouldnt be able to digest it and have compaction and DIE
switch the substrate as soon as you can

i would think..paper towel

i use tile and it works perfectly fine
here are some i can think of:
paper towel, repti carpet, tile..

If you are using glass tanks, tile is an excellent choice. If you take the dimensions you need, they hardware store will usually cut them for you for free. Paper and paper towels are also great choices.
