Is she going to lay soon? (Pic inc)

This is my first time breeding my leos and I'm anxiously awaiting the first eggs. I took this pic about an hour ago. Can anyone tell me how much longer? A day, a week, etc? I'm impatient! :main_yes:

Another thing...she's really been off food for the past 2 weeks which I read is normal. Should I expect her to eat more right after she lays these eggs? I was thinking of getting some butterworms to tempt her. Good idea?

I'd say anywhere from 2 days to a week...
once the eggs are visible from the side of your gecko your looking at <4days. . . at least with our girls.

She looks very close. You will notice a day or two ahead of laying that she will start digging in her wet hide. My females usually get their appetite back shorty after they lay their clutch. Wax worms would be a good treat for her especially since they are fatty.

Thanks to both of you. I'll pick up some waxworms. They're cheaper here than butters anyway. lol She's been digging for a couple of days so it must be soon according to what you've said. I'm super pumped!! Yes....giant dork I am.
