It's official by the state of Ohio

Well after checking the mail yesterday it is 100% official. Retribution Reptiles LLC is now a certified business in the state of Ohio. The paper work is in the works to getting trade marking as well as all the other great legal crap.

So please if you are selling reptiles or anything please get your legal work in so that way Uncle Sam puts you in the big house for tax evasion!!!!

No, but it's recommended that you register yourself. You don't necessarily have to register as a small business, but for taxes-sake, it's recommended that you at least file for a "doing business as" certification. I believe they're a little different.
