What a poorly run business... I mean, if you want to make sales you should be relied on to keep at the very least casual communication with your clients.
I attempted to purchase one of their standard units and a bag of hatch rite about a month and a half ago, they sent me an ebill approx two days later but was billed for the pro version not the standard one. I wrote back in attempts to correct the bill so that I could finish the transaction yet they have still not made contact with me and that was weeks ago. Several follow up emails have also been promptly ignored.
I luckily purchased one off a fellow ebayer just recently for a decent price so I will hopefully recieve that one soon. Once recieved I would love to give you guys a nice review on the product !!
