Kaida & Kazana's Tank

Well it's FINALLY done! I just finished setting up Kaida's side of the tank with the background and one of the dens as well as her new worm dish earlier, since the stuff finally go here.

So it's all done, and I promised I'd share it when it was done, so here ya'll go ^^

Thanks guys, I'm feeling rather proud of it now ^^ I just hope the girls like it, I think they do. Kaida's been exploring none stop when she's awake, and Kazana, well she's kind of being a couch potato right now XD

Really great set up. I love all the breeders for the amazing leos they produce & share pics of. But being on the strictly pet owner end of leos, I love when people put up great set ups like this...and show that I'm not the only one who goes overboard, lol.

I swear little Kazana's like "OMG! This place is HUGE!" poor girl probably makes her feel even smaller lol

Do they use that "second level" much? I'd imagine the temps are sort of cooler up there.

I've been thinking about doing something similar but unsure if leos would make the climb and utilize the extra space...

I'd be fascinated to hear how they use it. Awesome setup by the way.

actually, I saw Kaida up there the other day just chillin' that and I've seen her climb up there a few other times and explore. I didn't know if she'd be able to use the little net/ladder thing or not, but sure enough she did, just climbed right up and then when she was done, climbed back down via the ladder.

Kazana, she's just been chilling out in her magnetic den and behind her humid hide for the most part, but I haven't even had them a week yet so she's probably just chillin' trying to relax a bit before she warms up to her enclosure. Though I did catch her climbing up ontop of her magnetic den the other day so she's even exploring a bit.

Not bad...not bad at all, in fact it looks really good. I also like the second level idea, i made a small level of rocks and mine uses it daily.

lucia: the backgrounds are those Hagen Rock Terrarium Background - 18" x 24 : http://www.reptilesupply.com/product.php?products_id=1565 they're awesome, but if you get them make SURE you've got a screen top because no sooner had I put them in there I found Kaida at the top of it lol

and I actually used super glue to get set them in it's pretty sturdy stuff, but I imagine silicone would do just fine too ^^
