Leftover Turkey

Any suggestions for leftover turkey?

My dad fries it and makes tacos
My mom makes "turkey stew" and turkey pot pie
I used to mix it with mashed potatoes and corn and eat it that way
My brother takes hunks out of the fridge and eats them...
And the dogs try and steal what they can >.<

russ made turkey soup with it last year. in fact i still think we still have some in the freezer

You can make a Turkey Casserole. Start off with mashed potatoes on the bottom of a dish, then veggies, then turkey, then stuffing... Bake it. Its just like Sheppards pie.
