About your leo:
- Female until proven otherwise
- 6 monthsish 37.5g
- owned for 2 months
- Obtained at local reptile shop
A) Health/History
- handled Once a day
- Eye seems to be swollen with black lining, used cotton swab to see if it was stuck shed but I believe that is actually a part of her eye
- No previous problems
B) Fecals
- White with odd yellow
- Cleaned once a week
C) Problem
Was seen rubbing her eye against her hide and have now noticed it to look swollen and usually be closed. I have used saline eye drops which helps her open it a lot so it seems to be dry! The eye it’s self seems to be in good health, it’s the black lining around it!
Housing:
A) Enclosure
- 3ft
- Glass viv
- Paper towel
- 3 hides, one cool, one warm and one moist
B) Heating
- Heat May
- 33*c warm 24*c cool
- Thermostat
- Using multiple probes
- Lowest percent uvb bulb
C) Cage mates
Na
Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- 4/6 meal worms and a morio worm every other day. I try to feed more if she is hungry but she seems to get full. Also treat her to some wax worms occasionally
- Hand fed one by one
B) Supplements (describe how often)
- Earth pro A every feeding
- Calcium every 2 feedings
I have also attached a photograph of her healthy eye for comparrison. There isn’t a reptile vet at my location either so I am extremely nervous
