Hi, ok so I have 2 eggs and they both seem to grow bigger and also one of them has fuzzy white stuff which I think is mold. I kind of scraped it off so there is none there now, how can I stop this. And the other egg is growing a lot but it has a red dot that is stuck on the egg, What is this??????
THX please reply as soon as possible.

The fuzzy white stuff is mold and it grows on the egg if it isn't fertile, if the baby has died or sometimes if the substrate is too moist (which often causes the baby to die). I have no idea what the red spot on the other egg is unless there are some mites in your incubation substrate (in which case the spot would be moving),or it's just something that got stuck on the egg from the substrate.

I use a 1:1 ratio but a few days ago the eggs had dents so i added just a bit more water and boom there mold #$Z# it!
Do u think both eggs can still survive?

I fell into the trap of adding water. The 1:1 ratio seemed too dry for me , so the natural thing was to add water.AVOID the temptation of adding water. My eggs are hatching alot better with the 1:1 ratio.
