Leopard gecko toe problem

I’ve recently rescued a leopard gecko who has Metabolic Bone Disease. She has some trouble while shedding so I always check her properly after she sheds. This time when I was taking a look at her, I noticed a small mark on one of her toes. It looks like she has tore her skin in that area. I’m not sure if she has even gotten hurt, because she seems to be walking fine and also is fine with handling. If anyone can give me some advice on what I should do, it would be very helpful. Thank you so much!!!

It's hard for me to see anything and when I make it bigger it's blurry. It's not unusual for there to be some minor toe injuries with shedding. Best case, it will just heal and worst case the toe tip might fall off which is not a big deal for a gecko. Just keep it clean and if for any reason the gecko is on a particulate substrate, change it until the toe heals.
