list of Reasons for infertile eggs

I was wondering if people can give their reasons why eggs are infertile? I'm looking for as many possibilities as possible.

1) The female being a "dud".
2) the male shooting "blanks"
3) male/female were never introduced to eachother

There's more reasons for sure, I just cant think right now lol.

First time breeders seem to have a higher percentage of infertiles.

Viruses
Parasites
Improper nutrition
Improper husbandry
Incubation Fluxuations
Improper humidity in incubator
Lay boxes to dry or too wet(if eggs not seen with in a reasonable period of time)
Eggs accidentally moved from their proper axis after laying (24-48 hours)
