Littlest Gecko!

I've had this little guy for about 3 weeks now, and he's finally warmed up enough for me to hold him long enough to take a picture or two!

I'm guessing (s)he is 3 to 4 months old? My mom bought it for me from a pet store that shall not be named I have 2, but the bigger one will not allow me to pick him up yet, and i don't want to stress him out. I had them in the same 75 gallon tank for about a week, but I was worried about the big one eating all the food (and I was right) so I separated them and littlest one is eating every night and his tail is finally a good size. I keep joking with my friends that these guys are like tattoos and piercings, once you have one, you always want more!!!

Does anyone know if there will be a reptile show or expo coming to Las Vegas anytime soon? Searching the internet doesn't work because the Las Vegas is a morph, and those are the only results I get.

Also, and clue what morph this little guy is?

It looks like a Hypo Tangerine to me and unless your hands are really small I'd say it's closer to 6 months maybe. Definitely make sure of the sexes before you house them together. As you already mentioned, a size difference is a problem but the sex can be an issue too. Only females should be housed together unless you're intending to breed and then both the male and female need to be the proper age and weight. Males will fight so they can't be housed together.

As for shows, look through the Upcoming Shows/Events section here but I believe Kingsnake.com has a list of all of the shows somewhere on their site.

Ah, thanks! No, my hands aren't small And I know about the gender thing. I definitely don't want to start breeding (yet :main_evilgrin: ) Thanks!

It's very gorgeous, I just love Hypos :heart:
I would guess it's somewhere between 4-6 months of age.. some grow faster than others, so it's hard to really say.
