Your "soooo not able to afford one"?
They usually are only $30-$40.
If you can't afford an incubator, how will you afford housing, heat, and food?

Not trying to be rude at all, JMO a hovabator is only like $40. Housing and feeding babies can run higher. If you can't afford a incubator you probably shouldn't be breeding.

...hatching substrate, thermometers, thermostats...and housing for all the little baby geckos that you weren't able to find homes for...can you accomodate all these things?

If you can't afford an Incubator, then the $100+ dollar proportional thermostats are going to kill you.

Cant you just use a heat lamp/heat pad + thermometer for small scale incubating?

I agree with everyones comments. Not being able to afford an incubator means that you probably can't afford everything you need to take care of everything right.

You don't necessarily need and incubator unless your trying to get a certain sex out of the clutch. As long as you have constant temps about 80-90 degrees in the tank then you can just put them in a secure tub in the tank. Theres just risks of being disturbed by the other geckos and something going wrong. of course it doesn't work ithat well if you have more then just a couple eggs.
