I've introduced my newly arrived male to couple of females
Lots of tail rattling but didn't notice actual intercourse, the scenario is always the same:
im putting male & 2 females together > lots of excitement for 5-10 minutes , rattling by male, even some small tail bites, >
and thats it, nothing more, they just go back to daily routine (sleeping, eating)

Looks like females are more interessted than male.
How can I investigate this ?

Congrats on your new gecko. Please be aware that a new gecko should be quarantined from your current geckos for at least a month before putting them together. If the females aren't ovulating, they may nip at the male to warn him off. It's not unusual to see a lot of early mating behavior without observing them "finishing" the act. I recommend:
--quarantine the male if it's been less than a month
--check your females to see if they're ovulating
--after quarantine, leave the male in there for a few days

I have had successful breeding with male geckos that I never saw mate during the entire season. Sometimes they seem to like a little privacy.
