I just got this message from Matt from MG Reptiles.

I am going to need acess to your "BOI"... Also please be aware I am in the process of filing suit againt several people in the reptile word and the owners of several forums.. I am formally asking for the post to be soft deleted but please keep a copy of the thread below..

Looks like the poster is trying to be a competior and also making claims that cannot be proven about goods that have malfunctioned.. Very serious claims!

Any registered member has access to the Business Reports/Inquiries forum. If I understand your message to me right, you are threatening a lawsuit against me. My advice to you instead would be to do something about your poor customer service as of late. Don't you think that if a lawsuit like that had any merit then Rich would have been sued into the ground years ago? Anyway, here is a link to my TOS for that section of my website-

After reading your post here I checked to see if there was anything on the BOI about this, thinking he had sent the same e-mail to others. I had no idea I would see what I saw. I am truly sorry there are cruel and heartless people and that they would say something like that to one of the nicest people around. In no way do you owe Matt anything Kelli! If anything he should be on his knees asking God for forgiveness for saying such things. I can't even begin to imagine what you are feeling at this point, and I can only wish that I could take some of that pain off your shoulders.

You know what the really weird thing is? I went back and looked at all the Pay Pal's I received from June 21, 2005 to July 21, 2005 and not only was there not a payment from MG Reptiles or Matt Graybeal, there wasn't a single payment that was exactly $200 either. wtf??? Wendy, do you remember if Matt donated any heat tape or anything to the auctions?

His comment really didn't even hurt my feelings, it just really pissed me off. 6 months ago I would have been crying all night long over it but it honestly just made me really really mad for a few minutes, now I am just disgusted with the guy and in a way feel sorry for him because he is obviously not right in the head.

Clearly he doesn't know the meaning "donation" or even just how to be a decent person ... the fact that he hides behind his religion drives me NUTS!
