Lets see pics for more accurate help. But...I wouldn't think she would be egg bound at only a month. Some females wont lay eggs for around 6 weeks after being bred. Esp if where you are in VA is really cold it may affect her.
i would suggest putting some moist vermiculite or eco earth in her humid hide, that is where she will most likely lay. And dont be to nervous about stressing her out to take a picture. Just pick her up gently by the tail and kinda flip her upside down (not really upside down) but that will push the eggs closer to the belly and are more visible and have someone snap a picture.
