Midwest mealworms

I buy the Repashy Insect Gut-load and toss an inch or two into a container and let all my supers burrow about in that. Then I toss in a carrot or two.
I do the same for my mealies.

It can get expensive after having thousands of worms and roaches feeding off the insect gut-load, but I have this immense fear of being infested by grain mites.
So...I just spend the extra, and I haven't been infested yet.

Keep your worms in less than 50% humidity and you will have no problems with mites. They can't survive well in low humidty.

what browser are you using? if it's chrome try another one, like firefox.
