I buy the Repashy Insect Gut-load and toss an inch or two into a container and let all my supers burrow about in that. Then I toss in a carrot or two.
I do the same for my mealies.

It can get expensive after having thousands of worms and roaches feeding off the insect gut-load, but I have this immense fear of being infested by grain mites.
So...I just spend the extra, and I haven't been infested yet.

Good, I was hoping they could use cricket food; I've got a ton of that stuff. :laugh4:
I'll have to see if the shopping cart on that feeder website is functioning for me yet.
