Mixing Calcium and Multivitamins?

Hello I am currently supplementing my leopard gecko with a multivitamin (1 day), CalD3 (2 days) and normal calcium (1 day) when feeding. I was wondering if it Is possible to make a mix of the three in a 1:2:1 ratio (bc of the feeding schedule) so that I only have to keep track of one main supplement powder. Would this have any adverse affects? Also if anyone has any suggestions to the supplement schedule please feel free to say. Thank you!

If you get Repashy calcium plus it's already mixed in proper proportions and it's an all-in-one. I feed my geckos twice a week and use it for one of those feedings.
