moist hide?

what is the best substrate to put in the moist hide i use vermiculite but was wondering if you could use more stuff

Yep, Flucker's moss works the same as bedded moss.

I use paper towels myself. On a side note, I do notice my leo stays almost always in the humid hide; is that normal? Is that too cold for him, since the paper towels are moist?
