hey i know lots of you are breeders so i thought u might find this intresing

i go to a agrulcultre college and on the animal unit they have fish to monkeys and they have 3 leo geckos.

well they had 4 eggs 2 where not fertile and 2 where but they have no incubation system so they used one of our BD tanks and it worked we now have 2 healthy baby leos :)

have u heard of this working before ?

As long as there's enough heat it would work, as you found out. I reason incubators are more desirable is that they keep the temperature from fluctuating and the humidity at a more consistent level. Congratulations on the babies!

its in a wooden viv with glass they used a lunchbox container with perlite and placed them onto a hide thats in there i first thought the BD would push the box of but most he did was sit onit lol

i will try and get some pics of the babys tomorrow
