My dog goes to the vet today

OK, I am getting nervous, they said they would call after they took X-Rays and the blood work. She has been there for 6 1/2 hours now. Why aren't they calling (Oh Yeah, I forget they have other patients) Man, I am impatient.

Just spoke with the Vet, Abbie made it through surgery just fine! I will be picking her up tomorrow at about 4:30. I can't wait to see her!

Hey Jeremy,

Sorry, but last night was cuddle time with Abbie, no time to update

She is home and doing good. I felt so bad when I picked her up. She walked down the hall towards me with her head hanging to the floor and her tail wagging between her legs, she thought that she did something wrong and was being punished for it. Let me tell you, that girl got a ton of hugs and kisses right then and there, she felt better after that

She is walking on the leg, but every so often she has to lie down or just lift her leg up to relieve the pressure from it. She is doing a lot better than I thought she would. I will get pictures of her tonight and post them.

Thank you All for your concern! Abbie and I REALLY appreciate it.

Ok, Here she is , My Little Frankenstein....LOL She was making me a little nervous yesterday, I was hugging her and she was shaking in my arms. I was going to call the vet today about it, but she is doing GREAT this morning, she even jumped up in the air (Which made me nervous too).

You can see the little shaved area on her front left leg where she had her I.V.
