I use a DSR Conan 350D(it´s not mine but dads) with an indirect flash like this one:

No money for a 450 bucks flashlight^^
I´m flashing the ceiling above and I´m using the mod named M (normaly I play with the settings up to the time I have found the most satisfiing results).
This is so far one of the best pics I´ve taken(from the colour and the real colour I have here at home):
