He hissed at me like a cat last night and I dont understand why. He never hissed before and it just scared the living daylights out of me because I was trying to feed him. What does that mean?

Oh and for those who helped me out when Caith was sick, he is fine now and I will post pictures of him when I get home tonight.

probably just didn't want to be bothered or you scared him or something. Could be different reasons.

Mine will sometimes 'peep' in protest to being held.. I don't think she realizes how adorable it is. :main_laugh:

My Blazing blizzard is almost always like that. Even if I just walk up to the cage sometimes.

One of my gecko would jump and "growl" when my husband walk pass his tank trying to get to the bedroom, I think its really funny...lol.

This one does the hiss, lunges, and does "the screech" crap.

On the other hand, one of my female RAPTORs rubs her face on my fingers if I open the cage and my female Enigma het RAPTOR is also very inquisitive and friendly. She takes any opportunity to stare at me until I let her crawl into my warm hands. Not at all like the BB.

He looks like he needs a Vet trip real soon, he may have possible MBD and needs some re-hydration also. He also has sheds stuck on his toes, you will need to get those off before he loses his toes.

You can get the sheds off his feet very easily with a q-tip and warm water and tweezers.

If you bring him into the Vet make sure to bring a poop sample for the vet to check.

He has been using a wet hide and it all came off, the picks are a little old, id say about two-three weeks old.

He is fatter and his tail is fatter too. It is all because I am feeding him pinkies.
