my itinerary

I just wanted to post my itinerary for the Dallas trip in two weeks so we can coordinate rides to and from the airport, etc. I can hardly wait!!!

I'm coming in on Thursday 2/15 evening at 5:20 PM on American. It will take about 30 minutes to get my luggage and then will take the shuttle to the car rental terminal (I'll have a car for 4 days). So, it will be around 7:00 or so before I'm on my way to Kelli's. If my plane doesn't get in on time, it will be later than that.

Wendy, when are you getting in? Would it make sense for me to hang around for a while so we can ride together?

I also reserved a room at the Marriott Courtyard with 2 beds for Saturday night, so if anyone needs a room I have until 4:00 that afternoon to cancel the reservation. Kelli DID get a suite (they told me they didn't have any, grrr!) so we can host a reception for GeckoForums.net members after the show on Saturday night. Kelli and I are going in it, but if you would like to contribute that would be great... no pressure.

I'll have my rental car so I can go and pick up food & drinks, etc. on Saturday afternoon and have that set-up for when the show is over. If someone would like to go shopping with me it would be fun!

I am going home Monday 2/19, and my plane leaves at 8:20 PM, so if anyone is going out around that time, I'd be glad to carpool. I'll need to turn the rental car back in around 6-6:30.

I am sooooooo excited to get to meet all of you!!!

I get in at 9:25, that'd be a long wait for you and I think Kelli said the airport is about 20 minutes from her house so you may want to just come back later for me, by the time I get my bags it may be 10:00 (Never done that before lol)

I am arriving at 6:53 on Friday night. Kelli and Marcia are meeting me at the airport I have no idea how long it will take to get my luggage since I only flew once before when I was 13 and my parents took care of it all This will be my first time flying by myself, I'm a little nervous.

I am staying at the Marriott the whole time I am there. I leave On Monday at 11:00 AM. Marcia and Kelli, can you drive me back to the airport?

And, Marcia, I would LOVE to go shopping with you

I get in at 7:05 on Friday. I'd love to get together with you all for a quick drink Friday night. I need to spend a little time with family, however.

I know I mentioned it the other day, but I'd be happy to go with you Marcia! Currently I'm thinking of getting dropped off at the show in the morning and then taking a taxi home after the party! :margarita drinking smilie:

My brother-in-law lives in Arlington, about 12 miles from the convention center, according to Mapquest. I'll be staying with them Fri & Sat. On Sunday I will probably be staying with my Aunt. She lives in Ft Worth (about 20 miles from convention center).

I'm flying in on American. Jeanne - what airline are you using? I'll try to find you sooner rather than later if we're in the same terminal!

I'm flying via Continental. Kelli and or Marcia are picking me up at the airport. Once I know where I am meeting them, I will let you know and you can meet us there too.
